What Causes Severe Pain And Swelling On Left Side Of Labia?

hello..I don t know who else to ask so I m asking here..I ve had bad pain and swelling on the left side of my labia..no itching or smell or discharge just constant ache..this happened to me once before..it went away after a few days. this time I can t wait for it to just go away I need to know what s wrong..can you help?
