What Causes Severe Pain And Tightness In Chest?

Hello, 2 days ago i was on my bed leaning forward to look at something when my chest and ribs locked. i had to push something back in quickly as a reaction, 2 days later (now) i m very sore in my chest, sharp pains alot of pressure and tightness and i can also feel it in my back. My ribs on my right side are very tender i am unable to touch them without jumping. I have no health insurance to see a doctor would you be able to help please?!
