What Causes Severe Pain Associated With Vomiting During Menstruation?

Madam, I am 18 years old. I am doing my graduation. for the past 2 years I am suffering from severe pain accompanied by vomiting, guidyness with saliva secretion during mensturation. I have consulted many doctors and they preferred me meftal spas, drotin tablets though i have taken tablets during mensturation. The severeness of my didnt reduce and because of the severe pain with other symptoms i am not able to continue my daily routine. I am not able to neither sit or lie on the bed or go out.This affects me mentally no body is able to cure this problems. please help to get rid of this problem
