What Causes Severe Pain At The Intergluteal Cleft?

I have severe pain where my intergluteal cleft is. It started 3 or 4 days ago and makes it very uncomfortable to sit or lay down. I just woke up and noticed it that morning. The day before I worked out at the gym and did not have any pain what so ever. There is NO bleeding, yellow tent, bumps, or itching. It is a little redish/pink and very tender to touch, I've also notice that it is just a little hard in a little spot. If you could please help me that would be amazing!!
