What Causes Severe Pain Based On This MRI Report?

would any of this cause someone to be in pain? she had an MRI done n the results read this....c3-c4 there is mild disc bulging no canal or foraminal narrowing c4-c5 mild disc bulge no foraminal narrowing c5-c6 there is grade 1 retrolisthesis of c5 on c6. there is a posterior annular tear/fissure with disc protrusion and slight cephalad migration. this effaces the ventral thecal sac. there is mild uncovertebral and facet arthropathy but no formal narrowing or over all canal stenosis. c6-c7 there is slight retrolisthesis of c6 and c7 without canal or formal narrowing c7-t1 unremarkable
