What Causes Severe Pain Behind Right Rib?

i have very bad deep pain behind my right rib that is worse in my back it is constant and seems to be increasing in pain also when i breathe in the pain increases 100% the pain is so bad it making me feel weak and nauseated. I am 35 years old and have already had an appendectomy. Other than that I have had no other health issues.
