What Causes Severe Pain Below My Breasts?

Good day, Im a 27 year old female. This past week i have been experiencing sharp and excrutiating pains beneath my left breast. I try to keep still and not breath as this seems to be the only time it doesnt hurt. my dr is out of town and i really cant take this pain anymore.



a few years ago i went to see a dr about a chest pain and was told it could be costocondritus, could it be this and what causes it and how do i stop the pain, i find i take a breath and hold it for as long as i can to avoid the pain.



any advise pls?
