What Causes Severe Pain During Periods Having Didelphys Uterus?

i have a didelphys uterus, i am twenty eight years old, i have always had severe pain assosiated with this condition but the last four periods i have had have just gotten so bad i even thought of going to the er for help.. i just can't take the pain anymore... should i see my doctor about getting a hysterectomy done... I just want the pain to stop..
