What Causes Severe Pain During The Intercourse?

I am 46 years old and an in menopause. I am a breast cancer survivor for over 10 years now. I am not enjoying intercourse with my husband as it is very very painful and I bleed afterwards. I use a lot of lubrication to assist with the dryness but it does not work. What is your advise?
