What Causes Severe Pain In Abdomen Along With Blood In Urine?

Around 4 years ago i was hit with a ball in the stomach area, after that i went into the bathroom for a few hours in severe pain in my lower abdomen. The following day i woke up at night with the same pain but much worse, i was up all night in a utterly terrible pain. I noticed the next day that my urine was like pure blood not just cloudy blood but as if i was peeing just blood. This and the pain lasted for a few days, and the pain i had those days has superseded any other i have had. I eventually went to many many specialists and got different answers the final one was inflamed kidneys, and i was given medicine to treat it. This never helped, i have had the pain and bloody urine on and off for years now, a few months ago i went to another urologist and they did tests and i got a thing done where a camera is inserted into my bladder through the urethra (i am a Male, i forgot the mention this before) still they found nothing. I am writing this because the pain is very bad right now and i have blood in urine and was wondering if you had any answers. I could best describe the pain as a constant fluent terrible pain in the lower right side of my abdomen, and the pain ever so slightly increase when i pee
