What Causes Severe Pain In Abdomen Along With Depression?

Hi Dr, Mid 2009 I started having intermittent episodes of pelvic pain. Saw my GP, had faecal tests, all 3 came back having blood, had colonoscopy that found 3 small and 1 massive polyp that were removed. Told not causing my pain. Saw my ObGyn after blood, U/S tests couldn t find anything so booked for hysterectomy. Meantime I moved and now was getting contractural grips on top of pain so saw new GP, and Professor ObGyn who booked me with a General Surgeon for laprscopy, took appendix out (precautionary (path showed normal) but endometriosis everywhere, lasered out. Pain immediately back,booked another laproscopy within 3 months and endo back with a vengeance up to stomach. Lasered out thoroughly. Pain again returned immediately. Sent to Pain specialist, had 2 day surgeries on nerves on spine to no avail. Back to ObGyn who didn t want me t have total hysterectomy and oopherectomy stating my skin would change etc (I was 51 yrs (just turned 54 yrs few weeks ago)but an ex-model and look 7-10yrs younger) but my female GP who specialises in hormones did. So went ahead and had it done, anything to ease the pain which had progressed over the years to excrutiating, constant 24/7, approximately 6 hours cyclic give or take 1 hour,but last an hour or two then lessens in severity to a a 4/10 until it starts all over rising to 9-10/10 where it s accompanied by vice like grips on left and and/or right to all over and just under hip bone, occasionally getting pain/grip feeling running down one or both as well as majoria labia region, a terrible pressure outward, bloating only of that region, with sometimes tremors so fast and furious they feel like a million butterfies on steriods trying to get out. The pain and when the pelvic grips used to contract (now they re vice-like)felt like towards the end stages of giving birth. I am in utter agonly, Tremors in whole body, usually neuropathy feet,calves,hands, pain or extensive sharp painful pins stabbing feeling in heel/s feet, nauseau occasionally, anxiety, weight gain,hair loss and straw like, non-cardiac chest pain vice-like in sternum, body uncontrollable body jerks, occasionally legs and torso especially jerks up high off bed like being giving electric shock, hands particularly feet always cold, excessive bruising legs, ferocious headaches always becoming migraines , migraines both of which last 1 1/2-2 1/2 weeks consecutively then stop for 4-6 weeks to start again, sweating on and off on head so much that back of head to neck my hair is saturated and also the front so that I have constant streams of sweat running down face and even into eyes. My vision s deteriorated leading to sometimes seeing double and R/eyelid drooping. Total body acute muscle weakness, muscle wastage and pains throughout body immensely agonizing shoulders,top of back,outter arms to elbow and neck, TMJ, occasional chills in bed, sweating, brain fog, confusion, constant fatigue, out of breath doing the smallest of things. Can t get to sleep or sleep all night as pain either pelvic or shoulder/arm muscular wakes me even though I have magnesium or physio rub on it every night. for weeks at a time then will have periods where I sleep all day and night for up to a week on end only waking with pain, take my med s then as settles low I CRASH back to sleep. Recent blood work showed adrenal insufficiency and very low under guidelines of estrogen(put on bio-identical hormones) and Vit D3 (put on bio-identical hormones 30,000IU 1 per week), Been on this regimen now 10 weeks and feel no better re pain or other syndromes .Pain specialist had new procedure become available and had ACNES stimulator put in. After initial excitement by myself that they d found the cause of my pain found it doesn t help. My Dr who is wonderful hasn t given up - yet. Still have more bloodwork to have done. Addisons disease has been ruled out. I have a feeling it may be Fibromyalgia but the symptoms are so close to many other syndromes, diseases and I thought FMS started with fatigue and muscle pains, weakness not lower abdo, pelvic pain.I am bedridden all day with electric blanket constantly on and may get up in evenings when at my best but need HOT heat-pack to ease pain (over the years has burnt my pelvic area skin it s so hot) and have to semi-lie back on chaise as standing,sitting pain worsens. Med s I am on:Kapanol, 50mg 3x daily,Lyrica 150mg 2x daily,Endone 3x daily, Tramadol (for 4th attack),Baclofen 25 mg 3x daily,IIbuprofen,Pristiq 150mg,Maxalt,Antenex when required,Hypnodorm when can t sleep cycles, stemetil, motilium when needed. Iam at my wits end, I have been through 14 minor to major operations in 5yrs, bringing their pain on top and recovery, not to mention the cost of them, Dr s and specialist appointments,anaesthesist,hospital costs , medication costs, on top of rent and everyday bills etc.. and not working. I now have no savings left and maxed out 2 credit cards that I can never pay back as I cannot even socialise, go out of my apartment due to pain and being bedridden and rely on a friend to get me to my Dr s appointments as cannot drive when in severe pain which is every 41/2-5 out of 6ish hours. I am not living just existing and devastatingly, painfully at that. Up until this I had a great job but cannot work anymore either. I am severly depressed and really wish that God would take me and end all the excrutiating pain,anguish,anxiety,depression. I have O Dd a few years ago but I knew not enough to kill myself but to let me sleep for a solid day or two to help to get over the worst of depression times. I at least need to be diagnosed to know what it is and try and cope, be placed on the correct med s if any, join the correct chat group online for support and see a psychologist for this and alot of stress I carry of multiple bad things that have happened to me since 1989, the first being separating then divorcing on a cheating husband with a 4yr old and 3 months pregnant having just moved to a new state with his job and knowing nobody and with my unborn dying slowly inside me.
