What Causes Severe Pain In Abdomen And At The Opening Of Vagina?

Please help I have horrible pain in my stomach durring sex. It also hurts really bad at the openig of my vagina. Everytime I try to be intimate, i cant go 30 seconds without hysterically crying. I have tried different condoms and lube. Latex and polytherane and different based lubes but nothing helps. Its hell. Fingers dont hurt, its only when we have intercourse. Any ideas what this could be??
