What Causes Severe Pain In Abdomen During Pre Menstrual Period?

Hi, I am 35 years old, I used have painful pre-menstral periods, When i consulted gyno specialist, the usual check ups followed and later when my reports arrived, these reports mentioned as follows, Secretory phase endometrium , now i gave a specimen collected from my recent period also to check TB/.. (i am sorry not able to decipher) but, can you give me your first impression on this issue.?
