What Causes Severe Pain In Abdomen Having Cysts In Ovaries?

I just recently went to the urgent care 2 nights ago for lower left stomach pain. I ended up having an ultra sound and it turns out I have a ovarian cyst on my RIGHT ovary. It was almost 4am by the time I got out of urgent care and I'm supposed to go back soon. It feels like for the longest time I've had a pain in my stomach, especially if I'm sitting or moving. It's seems to be to the very left and right of my bellybutton. It hurts extremely bad to push on, even if it's just a little poke. It's like this ALL the time since a week ago..I'm afraid it's beginning to get worse. It is truly bothering me.
