What Causes Severe Pain In Back Along With Abdominal Pain?

I did a couple of leg work and heard like something is breaking inside me. Then.. Day 1: I woke up with a backpain. Whenever I sneeze or yawn, my stomach (?) hurts. So I put some efficascent oil on my back and stomachpart. Day 2: My backpain gone. But my stomach felt so painful. Even my throat and whenever I stand, I feel dizzy and weak to the point that my sight go black or whatever. And as I write this, my stomach hurts so much. I had a record of gastroenthritis and toncilitis before. does these affect?
