What Causes Severe Pain In Back Along With Bad Smelling Bowels?

Hi. I have had for some months now chronic aching in my back...up both sides and between shoulder blades. Bad egg type smelling loose bowel movements. Pain under left bust at times ( tht area anyway). I cant eat anything! I have tried going gluten and lactose free. Am taking pro biotic. Take omeprazole once a day. Am tired. Aching in every muscle. No fever. Just dont knw what to try next.
