What Causes Severe Pain In Back Post Decompression Surgery For Chiari Malformation?

I have chiari malformation and had the decompression surgery a few days ago I took a bad fall on the effective side and now my back is killing me I am starting to get my head aces back kinda but I can stand very long and I already had a syrnix in my spine that drain after surgery. What should I do wait untill the pain gets worse or got to the ER
