What Causes Severe Pain In Back?

was diagnoised with vertigo back in nov 2012.didnt go away .went to see anurologist bout 3 or 4 months later. was all slurred and wobbly walk. weak was diagnoised with symptoms of ataxia with gate. was sent to another place after his doing . over all still dealing now my back is aching so bad cant sleep or relax it tossing all night and stumbling having tohold on.to keep from falling or sitting.and going to the bath room cant control anuthing.
