What Causes Severe Pain In Breast Bone?

I fell and hit hard on the ground. My left breast has hurt ever since with a lot of pain. No bruising but when I rake leaves or pick up something and use my left side more the breast really hurts. Should I call my dr or just give it more time. It s been 4 days.
