What Causes Severe Pain In Breast With No Visible Lump?

Hi Doctor,I'm 31 year old female, last year in march suddenly i started having a high temperature and very sharp pain in my right breast post all checkups and ultrasound of my breast doctors discovered i had very high infection in breast and a big lump was discovered under my right breast and a knot below my right armpit, after a course of heavy antibiotics for a month lump dissolved and my reports shows my perfectly alright. But now again from last few days i have started feeling the pain my same breast , pain is not that sharp as it was earlier but its heaviness in breast is quite evident and pain in my right shoulder and below is very much there.i have shown to doc yesterday she physically checked my breast but fortunately no lump is there but recommended few test, as per my gyn its may be due to gastro issue i have from ages but I never felt such pain before last year and m very scared this time.NB-: I have a gastro issue from a very long time.PLEASE ADVICE WHAT IT COULD BE ??
