What Causes Severe Pain In Calf Region During Flight Journey?

I took an hour flight on friday night and was awoken with extreme pain in my calf which lasted off and on for a few hours. I flew home this evening and when I went to go to sleep I now have the same pain in my left calf. Is this something to be concerned about?
