What Causes Severe Pain In Chest Along With Constant Burping?

Dr. I had a double bypass 5 yrs ago. sometimes I have severe chest pains and continuous burping during the chest pains. Eventually it subsides, but now I ve noticed my body is shaking on the inside with weakness as if my blood sugar is dropping even though I eat. Also when I wake up in the morning. I take asa daily. This just started happening approximately 2 months ago and becomes more severe during a hotflash. Previously my hotflashes were so severe they would overcome me with severe weakness
