What Causes Severe Pain In Chest And Back While Asleep?

On 2 occasions I have been sleeping and then at 3am in the morning I am woken up by horrible chest, back and rib pains. I dotn have an trouble breathing from it but the pain is terrible it brings me to tears and I often have to sit up against a wall. The pain will then go after around 6 or 7 am. And also my left eye twitches alot. I also have had a lot of vaginal discharge for over 7 months at times i have traces of blood also in it, its that bad I have to wear a pad everyday.. It would be of great help if u could give me an outline just so i know what I am up against and what I should do. I am 20 years of age and I have never really had any major health issues
