What Causes Severe Pain In Chest And Shoulder Blade?

I stood up quick and hit the top of my head on something hard. i have a good bump on my head that hurts a little at the time but it shot pain down me, a now it s going on 3 days right now and I have severe pain in my right chest and right shoulder blade area. It s to much to bare a lot of the times. when trying to sit or lay down or get up it hurts severely. It hurts when I cough, sneeze, laugh, or when it s touched. I do not have insurance so would like to get advice here before I have to pay for it out pocket because don t have that much money. Thanks
