What Causes Severe Pain In Chest During Post Partum?

I had a baby 7 months ago and after one month of having my baby i got this really strong pain between my two ribs and it made my chest hurt and hard for me to breath and I can t even walk or lay down I have to sit and lean forward to help my pain and I always throw up i had this pain about 5 times already 3 times at one month after giving birth and now 2 times at 7 months
