What Causes Severe Pain In Chest Post Recovering From Food Poisoning?

Yesterday I had food poisoning, constantly going to the bathroom. Next I had a fever which caused my body to be in pain I couldn't eat so I drank water, I slept the whole day and that pain went away. Since this morning around 5am my chest has been hurting ongoing has not stopped. I took Pepcid pill and nothing work.
