What Causes Severe Pain In Collar Bone Radiating To Chest?

I have been in bed since Sunday night it started with shivering and sweats and swollen glands and absolutely no energy whatsoever. Today I managed to muster up the energy to grab a shower and make it downstairs to the lounge for a few hours I felt a lot better but then I had to head back to my room with the sweats and shivers again to the point it felt that every bone in my body felt frozen. Now sitting up in bed as my left collarbone feels like someone hit it with real force with a stick or something and the pain is travelling down to my chest and to my forearm but the most intense pain is the collarbone area and no doubt due to my illness I am having paranoid lucid dreams as soon as my eyes close to try and get some sleep, I am going out Of my mind I hope someone can help
