What Causes Severe Pain In Ear With Dizziness?

Hey for the last few weeks I have been experiencing a sore ear head feeling full dizzy, when I eat something I get really hot like I need to chuck cold and water on me but. I have eaten lots of melted cheese for my tea soon as I ate i it I went really hot and had to stand outside. Please help thanks
