What Causes Severe Pain In Foot?

I am having severe (R) foot pain, due to a fx last March.....Now I have severe pain. I believe I need reconstructive surgery. No one in northeast Tx. Will touch me. I do have pulmonary fibrosis, I still want to live the quality of life we all deserve. The fracture was split, in half on the litter distal part of my right foot. Constant pain..... Help?
