What Causes Severe Pain In Hip And Leg?

I feel pain in leg around the hip area. I take aleve it helps some during the day but after work i cant walk straight. The mornings are the worse takes about a hour to be mobile. What could this be and wgst can udo about it. I have a very physcial job lots of walking pulling and lifting.
