What Causes Severe Pain In Joints Along With Difficulty In Breathing?

Hi. I was on Tuesday diagnosed with flu B, acute bronchitis, and an infected windpipe. I was prescribed azthromycin, have taken for four days, but have been experiencing pain in joints, full feeling, difficulty breathing. Have one more tablet left, but am afraid to take it. What do ypu suggest?
