What Causes Severe Pain In Joints With Elevated Liver Enzymes?

Please....about a month ago, I started feeling aches in my joints...never really felt like a cold, so, I chalked it up to exercising. This past Monday, I could barely get out of bed. Splitting headache, (rarely get headaches) and hurt to touch my stomach and neck area. I call my Dr. and they ran tests. My kidney enzymes were AST 356, ALT 533. Dr was very concerned and had a ultrasound done. Also had protein, blood and other things in my urine that did not belong. I had to go back the next morning (today) for more tests. Enzymes were a little lower, but now a lot. Also, this morning when I got up I was itching like crazy and had blotches all over me. I go back for more blood tests tomorrow. Right now, I am itching my skin off. The trunk, hand and feet of my body are hot, painful and blotched. Is this somehow related to the high enzymes? I was told not to take any Tylenol, which I rarely do, but what, if anything can I take. I have been using Sarna and Gold Bond.....I m not getting any relief....please help.
