What Causes Severe Pain In Left Eye And Temple?

hello i have pain behind my left eye that sometime gets very sharp for a second. my left temple has pain also and is sore to the touch, and a slight pain in my ear and sometime i hear a thumping sound in it. also some time my scalp is tingly and sore to touch and i also get dizzy. should i be worried? what could be wrong.
