What Causes Severe Pain In Left Leg?

I flew over from Australia to England a month ago. Since then I've been on multiple long journeys (including 9 hours worth of travelling from Germany to England by train) and I've pretty much convinced myself I have DVT. I wasn't even aware of DVT until I started researching it, and it was on my mind since that flight to England. When I was on the train I was particularly worried, and started noticing aches in my legs. Of course I jumped straight to google and researched, and it seemed the moment I read that it occurs in the left leg I have been having pains in the left leg only. I've always had a problem with researching and freaking myself out (a while back I had severe iron deficiency, and doctors were testing me for aplastic anemia and cancers and all sorts and I researched and freaked myself out). The pains aren't anything major, just occasional muscle ache type things, not in the same spot either but always the left leg. I'm flying back to Australia on the 25 of January, should I see a doctor before I go or am I just being a hypochondriac? (I was hospitalised for a month for severe depression and anxiety last year, not hypochondria in particular but is it a possibility these symptoms are just psycho somatic?)
