What Causes Severe Pain In Legs And Back When Aroused?

Hie I would like to post this question on behalf of my girlfriend. When she is seduced and gets wet down there, her back and legs starts paining badly which last for hours after the seduction is gone even for days in some cases. Can you please help me out figuring what can be possibly wrong with her?
