What Causes Severe Pain In Legs And Lower Back?

I started taking amoxicillin Thurs. P.M. and today, three times. Morning, lunch and dinner. All day today I have had sever pain in my legs and low back. I can not sleep or set. The only help I get is hydroccodone.
