What Causes Severe Pain In Legs, Feet And Hands?

I was diagnosed with guillian barre syndrome in 2004 of January, I was hospitalized and in icu, I had a hard recovery, I ended up loosing my medical insurance due to not being able to work and was denied ssi, due to the gbs not being long term enough, but it was long enough I could not support myself, now that I have my insurance back, I still suffer from sever pain in my whole body mostly my legs, feet and hands, I have tried everything over the counter nothing helps the pain, what do I do now?
