What Causes Severe Pain In Legs?

I am having severe pain in my legs ,regardless I am not having any sort of bone problems . In my legs below the ankle I am having calcanean spurs in both legs . I am suferring from tremendous pain in my both legs like it is irrerestible . please help me in this matter and what can be the remedy for this problem.
