What Causes Severe Pain In Legs?

Good afternoon, I am hoping someone would be able to answer my question! I suffer from severe, sometimes excruciating foot cramps and the same in my legs, up the side of my leg ankle to knee, sometimes just across the top of my feet and always at night..... these cramps wake me. I have had several blood tests and no answers..........
