What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen Post Unprotected Oral Sex?

I had unprotected oral sex with someone I met at a party and now I am experiencing UTI-like symptoms. It has been a week. The pain is starting to radiate, like when it is aggravated, I feel it in my lower abdomen and down my leg. I have a few Amox-Clav left over from a recent sinus infection. I have been taking them, with no effect. Will this just go away on its own, or do I need help?
