What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I have a blow thing belly, I lost a little of it and now I realize that the pain is in my left lower abdomen. Its worst in the morning, I have to pull myself out of bed and takes about an hr to be OK and walk straight. What s the cause, the test don t show anything
