What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Back And Cloudy Urine In A HPV Positive?

I have severe pain in my lower back left side and cloudy urine. The pain never goes away. It gets better when I take a pain pill but never goes away. Could this be a kidney infection or stones. I rarely have bladder infections. I recently had an abnormal pap and obgyn is working on getting rid of abnormal cells through a procedure in his office. I am HPV positive. Could this be related? I have an appointment on the 12th and don t know if I should wait or go see a doc soon. Thank you.
