What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Back And Shoulder Followed By Cough?

Hi Doctor, I¨m a 18 old girl and i have been sick since Saturday. I had very hard coughs and high temperature and sweating. I went to a doctor and he just gave some cough syrup and headache medicine. Now I have very serious pain in my lower back, around my shoulders and around my ovary area ( my ovaries hurts really bad when I have to pee ) I find it very difficult to go to bathroom. What should i do?
