What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Back While Bending?

I fell on my butt and now my lower back hurts really bad what could be wrong and what should I do? Its been about a month since I fell and the first two weeks (other than when I fell and the day after it was a little sore) it didnt hurt at all but now it hurts when I bend over or am sitting then stand. Or cough and etc...
