What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Back?

Hi I m having severe pain in my lower back left side, nausea (no vomiting) periodic stomach cramps and severe diarrhea. No fever though. This was all of a sudden this afternoon and I m not sure if I should wait until tomorrow or see someone tonight. Thank you,
