What Causes Severe Pain In Neck And Shoulder?

I woke up early saturday with chest pain and shoulder

pain took 5 asperin then 3 more nothing sem to help

the pain went to E.R had A EKG,Xrays on lungs

blood work also had the 3pills of nitro and some cocktail drink the nurse called it.

all test where normal the only thing that released the pian was Maufine? Day after my chest has felt sore

and last night had shoulder and neck pain
