What Causes Severe Pain In Neck Radiating To The Buttocks?

yes i was born in 1964 i was diagnosed with kyphoscoliosis i am 50 years old now should i be having test ran on me and if so what kind? i also have osteoporosis and im in pain all the time from the back of my neck to my ass and some times legs go vey dead meaning very lil feeling if at all. was this disease called something differnt back in 1964 also was wondering weather were my mother worked at the time in a ammunitions olan if this might have contributed to this disease.
