What Causes Severe Pain In Nose And Throat?

I am ashamed but have to get help, I have been snorting pain pres for about 2 yrs now vic/perc an for the past month i am having such pain in my nose an throat an my gums teeth all over, i want to stop but the only relief i get is when i snort another pill..please i promise i want to stop snorting them but how do i deal with the pain an burning i cant even sleep it wakes me up thats how bad the pain is....
