What Causes Severe Pain In Ovaries After Ovulation With Mucous Discharge?

Hi i'm curious to know what it means one or two days after ovulation if a female has a severe pain on the left side of her ovaries(impression of period coming and needing to urinate) Once urinate and a female wipes herself and there is a clear muscus with very faint pink blood what does this exactly mean.? Cramping has stopped since urination last tiem?????/
