What Causes Severe Pain In Ovaries And Breast Tenderness Post Hysterectomy?

I had a total hysterectomy (ovaries, tubes, uterus, cervix) two years ago, along with an appendectomy and a few inches of bowel removed that led to a colostomy. The colostomy was reversed a few months after. I have recently started experience a dull throbbing pain where my ovaries were at, and breast tenderness. What could be happening?
